Central to many tourist attractions, 10 @ Wai Matangi is located 3 minutes off State Highway 1, in the lovely peaceful, dog friendly settlement of Motuoapa. Wai Matangi Place is a quiet cul-de-sac with a combination of permanent residents and holiday homes. Surrounded by reserves and playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts and nearby forestry tracks for the avid walker or mountain bikers. And of course the famous Lake Taupo, just a short walk or drive away, you & your pooch won’t be short on things to do!

The stunning Lake Taupo and the Motuoapa marina, is the perfect place for all water sports, and not far is the Tongariro River for the keen fly fisherman. Handy to the popular Licorice Café and a 10 minute drive to Turangi township for all your amenities. Plenty of options for dining out also, including the award winning Hare & Copper Restaurant only a 10 minute drive away.

Approximately a 40 minute drive will get you to the National Park & Mt Ruapehu ski fields, The Sky Waka and the Tongariro crossing. And of course, Taupo itself, being only a 30 minute scenic drive away, offers plenty of activities to keep everyone happy!
